Long’s leadership in real estate development includes principle of Cypress Investment Partners, president of Land Advisors Organization and president of Berkadia Investment Sales. Christopher Todd Communities was one of the early multifamily disrupters in the build-to-rent niche, creating communities that are a hybrid between traditional single-family home neighborhoods and apartment communities.
