Barry is responsible for conducting fieldwork, demographic and location analytics, and preparing custom consulting assignments. His prior experience working for developers and capital partners motivates him to help JBREC’s clients navigate the opportunities and challenges of their projects. Before his role at JBREC, Barry served as Director of Financial Planning & Analysis at Beazer Homes, and on the land acquisition team for Shea Homes
Barry holds a BS in Finance as well as a BS in Supply Chain Management from Arizona State University and earned his MBA from Arizona State University
Barry’s family shares his love of the outdoors, and their favorite pastime is traveling by RV to new and interesting places.
