Andrew was hired as CEO of Argentic Services Company LP (“ASC”) on July 1, 2019 to start a new Special Servicer in support of the B piece portfolios that its affiliate companies control. In May of 2020, ASC took over as named Special Servicer on 18 CMBS Trusts and 3 CLOs with a notational value of approximately $17B. As of May 31, 2023, Argentic Services Company was named special servicer on 48 securitized pools (43 commercial mortgage-backed securities pools and 5 collateralized loan obligation pools) with an unpaid balance of approximately $26.5 billion. Headquartered in Plano, Texas, the company now employs 20 professionals.
Prior to his employment at ASC, Andrew was Managing Director of Special Servicing at CWCapital Asset Management from 2014-2018. In this role, he was responsible for managing teams of asset managers and support staff, as well as personally managing a portfolio of sub-performing and non-performing CMBS loans and REO.
During his 14 years with CWC (and predecessor company CRIIMI MAE), Andrew resolved more than $30 billion of real estate loans and REO for various REMIC trusts, several CDOs and several non-traditional lenders.
Prior to entering the world of CMBS, Andrew worked at several regional banks and for an RTC sub-contractor.
