Alicia is the Administrative Director at Mavrek, a Chicago-based development firm. Since joining Mavrek in 2021, Alicia has been instrumental in scaling operations, developing internal infrastructure, and supporting executive leadership during the company’s recent growth.
Alicia began her career in property management in 2018, building a strong foundation in real estate operations. Known for her adaptability, attention to detail, and collaborative approach, she remains a driving force behind Mavrek’s success and expansion.
In March, Alicia was an honoree of Bisnow’s Rising Star of the Year for her leadership and contributions to the Chicago real estate industry. She lives in Chicago with her family and takes pride in contributing to the city’s ever-changing skyline.
