Adrian Sluga, P.Eng, MBA, is an experienced construction executive having delivered $25 B+ in data centers, acute-care hospitals, pharmaceutical, and life science megaprojects across North America. Known for his high-performance attitude, he has a knack for overcoming schedule challenges and maintaining operational continuity, building highly skilled technical, cross-functional teams, while always thinking big and focusing on clients’ end-goals.
Currently at Bird Construction, Adrian is the National Data Center Practice Leader, leading mission-critical facility development and construction opportunities across Canada. Previously a VP at Pomerleau, he rebuilt the national BD engine and secured over $2.5B in mission critical and healthcare construction. Earlier, an SVP and North American Practice Leader with JLL, he led Canadian and Fortune 200 clients through major capital and infrastructure projects, particularly in the mission critical vertical.
