Aaron Stratman

Aaron Stratman is Vice President at CSSI, where he brings over 15 years of sales experience, including the past 8 years in finance and tax consulting. He began his consulting career with a third-party administration (TPA) firm, where he specialized in designing customized retirement plans for business owners and professionals. At CSSI, he now focuses on strategic accounts and builds partnerships with CPAs, financial advisors, and real estate brokers—translating complex tax strategies into clear, actionable solutions. Aaron has worked with both Fortune 500 companies and privately held firms, consistently driving long-term value for his clients. He holds a Bachelor of Science from Indiana University and lives with his wife Lindsay and their three children—Frances, and twins Samuel, Emerson, and Australian Labradoodle, Clifty.
