Jason Gremillion serves as the Senior Vice President of Development for Wonderful Real Estate where his focus is on sourcing, executing, and overseeing current and new development opportunities for the Wonderful Industrial Park, North Meadows Business Park, and Crossroads Business Park.
Mr. Gremillion’s diverse experience encompasses 20 years of commercial construction, real estate development, and investment. Over this time, Mr. Gremillion has developed an exceptional track record in all aspects of commercial real estate including acquisitions, dispositions, market analyses, entitlements, development, and asset management.
Mr. Gremillion received his Masters in Real Estate Development from the University of Southern California and his Bachelor of Science in Construction Engineering Management from California State University, Long Beach. Additionally, Mr. Gremillion is a combat veteran, serving honorably in the United States Marine Corps, and is a Purple Heart recipient.
When not at work, Jason enjoys spending time with his family and horses at their family ranch, traveling, and participating in veteran outreach and assistance.
