His core expertise is rooted in institutional asset valuation, developed through his career at EY-Parthenon within the Strategy and Transactions Real Estate practice.
Throughout his career, Peter has supported some of the largest real estate owners, operators, and investors in the country on complex engagements spanning asset-level valuation, portfolio optimization, development strategy, transaction execution, and strategic decision-making. His work has included close coordination with private equity firms, REITs, developers, investment managers, and public-sector entities navigating evolving market conditions and high-stakes real estate decisions.
