Ali Harandi is Senior Vice President and Investment Officer at Prologis, leading data center investments across the Western U.S. He is responsible for the acquisition, development, and strategic deployment of powered infrastructure, with a focus on hyperscale and AI-driven demand in high-growth digital corridors.
Since joining Prologis in 2012, Mr. Harandi has held multiple investment roles in the west coast, spanning acquisitions, development, and leasing. Prior to his current role, he was part of the Northern California capital deployment team, where he led industrial transactions across the Bay Area and Central Valley.
Mr. Harandi holds a BA in Urban Studies with a minor in Civil and Environmental Engineering from Stanford University. He is an active member of NAIOP and Stanford Professionals in Real Estate (SPIRE), and is the chair of the leadership committee of the Bay Area Real Estate Roundtable (BARER), where he is part of the team that organizes an annual fundraiser for autism awareness.
