Sangeeta Reddy

Sangeeta Reddy is a Senior Vice President in Brookfield’s Real Estate Group and is responsible for the structuring, negotiation and execution of deals across North America with a focus on land development and single-family housing. Prior to joining Brookfield, Sangeeta worked at several preeminent real estate law firms, most recently as counsel in Davis Polk’s real estate group.  Her law firm experience has given her a broad range of experience in representing sponsors and investors in complex real estate transactions.  Sangeeta also served as a Vice President in the Real Estate Transactions Group of New York City Economic Development Corporation (NYCEDC).  While at NYCEDC, Sangeeta worked closely with governmental agencies and leading real estate developers in executing public-private transactions, including development sites at Brooklyn Bridge Park and Downtown Brooklyn.  Sangeeta received a B.A. from Brown University and a J.D. from Georgetown University Law Center.  She is also a recipient of a Fulbright Foreign Scholarship
