Paul Kim

Paul Kim is an Associate Director on the Originations team at Thorofare Capital. His duties include underwriting, due diligence, and deal coordination. Prior to joining Thorofare in 2016, Paul was a Junior Analyst at Asset Avenue. His additional analytical support consists of preparing investment memorandum and reporting market trends. Paul graduated with a B.S. in Business Administration with a Certificate of Excellence in Real Estate Finance from the University of Southern California’s Marshall School of Business.
