With nearly two decades of experience in industrial real estate, Paul Jones is a highly regarded expert known for his exceptional ability to execute complex transactions in some of the most competitive markets across the United States. Throughout his career, Paul has successfully deployed $5 billion in capital, focusing on both existing building acquisitions and new developments.
As a Partner and Managing Director at Bridge Logistics Properties (BLP), Paul leads the management, operations, and capital deployment efforts in the Western United States. Prior to joining BLP, he served as Head of Investments and Development for the Western U.S. at Brookfield Asset Management, where he established Brookfield’s Los Angeles Logistics office, built and led a high-performing team, and expanded the West region portfolio by 6.5 million square feet.
Earlier in his career, Paul was Vice President of Acquisitions for Duke Realty in the Western U.S., where he played a key role in growing the company’s Southern California portfolio from approximately 1 million to 15 million square feet through strategic acquisitions and infill market redevelopment.
