Olivia Loudis

Olivia Loudis is the Director of Operations for North Texas at Kairoi. With over 16 years of industry experience across the North Texas markets, Olivia is hyper focused on the local level and works closely with her Regional Managers to provide mentorship and support and ensure we are meeting and exceeding our clients’ goals. She is active in the Apartment Association of Greater Dallas and sits on the Strategic Task Force Committee to help develop the future of the association. Olivia is a Dallas native and part of a Real Estate Power Couple along with her Realtor husband in which they personally invest in long term and short term rentals. Olivia has a BA in Business Administration and Marketing from the University of North Texas and holds a CPM designation from the Institute of Real Estate Management.
