Nate Basinger is a Vice President at Kennedy Wilson (NYSE: KW), a leading real estate investment company with $30 billion of assets under management in high growth markets across the United States, the UK and Ireland. Nate specializes in sourcing and originating construction loans for multifamily development across Arizona, Texas, and the Mountain West, with approximately $1.5 billion in new loans originated since joining KW in 2023.
Prior to joining KW, Nate worked at Pacific Western Bank originating construction and bridge loans across multifamily, industrial, and retail assets throughout the western United States. He holds a Master of Business Administration and a Bachelor of Science in Finance & Economics, both from Grand Canyon University, and lives in Phoenix, AZ with his wife and two daughters.
