Matt Rogers possesses more than 18 years of multi-family real estate and client management experience within the commercial real estate industry. Rogers began his career as a porter / maintenance technician. This experience has provided a unique ground level understanding of operations. Rogers has a strong grasp on both the Phoenix and Tucson markets, learning from his mother, Mary Rogers, longtime industry leader.
Rogers honed his multi-family real estate skills with well-known firms such as Mark-Taylor, Shelton Residential, And Bryten Real Estate Partners which he left earlier this year to join RPM Living. Rogers was awarded Regional Property Manager of the Year in 2015 by the Arizona Multifamily Association (AMA). Rogers has mentored countless onsite teams that have also been awarded through the AMA for their excellence in management and asset renovations. He specializes in Technology, Leadership Development, AI, and Statistical Analysis and is a nationally recognized professional speaker on these topics.
A native of Arizona, Rogers began his interest in property management while attending Arizona State University where he graduated in 2010 with a Master’s degree in criminology. While at ASU, he competed internationally with the men’s volleyball team. Rogers is a licensed real estate agent in Arizona. He lives in Tempe with his wife Paige and their 6-year-old son, Colt.
