Mark Davis

Mark is Managing Director of Southwell Realty Capital where he oversees the firm’s brokerage arm focused on commercial sales and leasing within the New York region. The firm’s client list includes a range of corporate users, family office and individual investors seeking to acquire, lease or divest of various commercial property types. Prior to forming Southwell, Mark spent 5 years as a member of the Deloitte Real Estate Consulting team in New York where his responsibilities included a full spectrum of underwriting, due diligence, lease advisory, and valuation services for larger institutional and private equity clients. Mark is a licensed Real Estate Broker and holds a Master’s in Real Estate from the University of Florida and M.B.A from Fordham University.
