Khalid Rashid

Khalid Rashid, equity owner and Managing Director, is a portfolio manager and former member of the Firm’s Investment Committee. As Portfolio Manager, he is responsible for developing and implementing the strategic initiatives for separate account funds consisting of over $9.3 billion GAV. Khalid serves as Clarion’s Culture and Inclusion Council Co-Chair and is a member of the Firm’s ESG Committee. He joined the Firm in 2008 and possesses more than 18 years of experience in the industry with extensive transaction and leadership experience in portfolio and asset management, acquisitions and financings. Khalid currently serves on Project REAP’s Executive Board as the Treasurer; the Robert A. Toigo Fellowship (RTF) Alumni Endowment Board as a member of the Fundraising Committee, and on the Board of Trustees for Westridge School. He graduated from Project REAP in 2006 and completed McKinsey & Company’s Executive Leadership Program in 2022. Khalid was a RTF recipient in 2008 and was named among the RTF’s “40 Under 40” in 2014.
