Jace Bertges is a Vice President with PGIM Real Estate. In his role, he is responsible for sourcing and originating a broad range of commercial mortgage investments including general account, agency, and bridge/high yield real estate debt. Jace is based in Los Angeles and focuses on client relationships based in Los Angeles, the Inland Empire and San Diego.
Jace joined the company in 2012 and has since served as an Associate in both PGIM’s Los Angeles and London offices. Most recently, in PGIM’s London office he focused on supporting debt origination efforts for the company’s European mortgage lending platform. Prior to joining PGIM, Jace started his career on a debt origination team at ING Real Estate Finance in Los Angeles.
Jace received a Bachelors of Business Administration degree from the University of Southern California with a concentration in Real Estate Finance from the Marshall School of Business. He is a member of the Urban Land Institute.
