Howard Paskowitz joined Starlight Investments in 2017. In his role as Senior Vice President, Development & Public Affairs he is involved with all levels of government and management of the company’s development projects within the organization’s Canadian Residential group.
Prior to joining Starlight, Howard spent 18 years with Medallion Corporation in various senior leadership roles, where he was responsible for the development process of over 9,000 rental apartments and single-family homes, including Durham Region’s largest ever mixed-use development.
Howard holds a B.A. in Economics from Yeshiva University and a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Real Estate and Finance from the Schulich School of Business.
