Geoff Flahardy serves as ExchangeRight’s President of Strategic Relations, leading the company’s Strategic Relations team as they serve advisors and representatives across the country by providing conservative DST and REIT investments that their clients need. Geoff helps ExchangeRight’s team expand current relationships and form new partnerships with key accounts while continuing to provide education and support to help advisors, representatives, and their clients access real estate investments designed to protect and grow wealth through all points of the market cycle.
Geoff joined ExchangeRight in 2014 and has more than 20 years of experience in the financial industry focused on securitized 1031 exchanges. He graduated cum laude from Kennesaw State University in Kennesaw, Georgia with a Bachelor of Science in Organizational Communication. He holds Series 7 and 63 licenses with the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA).
