Fred Cordova

Fred grew up in the Pasadena / Altadena area achieving numerous awards as a multi-sport all state scholar athlete. He raised his family there, coached several baseball, football and softball teams, was president of his church council and served on the Tournament of Roses for 25 years. He has also been a member of the Palisades community for over 11 years and a member of the Jonathan Club for over 40 years where he served in various capacities for over 30 years and is a Trumbull Awardee. A visionary real estate investor, advisor and developer, Fred has led over $10B in U.S. transactions and developments across all major asset classes, including SFR. With deep expertise in acquisition, development, and repositioning, he’s built several business and platforms delivering exceptional returns for institutional and private capital.
