Evan Ptalis is a Managing Director on Crexi’s Transactions team where he’s responsible for managing institutional accounts pursuing investment strategies through Crexi’s online auction marketplace. Mr. Ptalis joined Crexi in 2022 from Ten-X (fka Auction.com).
Prior to his work in helping develop online CRE marketplaces, Evan spent most of his career as a real estate investment banker, having last been on the Securitized Products Asset Finance team at Credit Suisse focusing on CRE debt origination, structuring, capital markets and securitization. While at Credit Suisse, Mr. Ptalis also held a role as the Senior Credit Officer responsible for the firm’s global commercial and residential real estate businesses.
