Erin Poulson Morris, based in the Los Angeles office, is responsible for sourcing prospective tenants for build-to-suit, lease, and land sales of Wonderful Logistics Center, as well as other Wonderful commercial parks. In this role, she is also a liaison to the brokerage community and works with both internal and external agencies to develop various marketing materials and websites to showcase Wonderful’s logistics capabilities and developments. Her additional responsibilities include sourcing real estate investment opportunities and attending national conferences to increase the visibility of the Wonderful Real Estate brand. Erin has over 15 years of experience marketing both commercial real estate property and real estate private equity funds to institutional and high-net worth investors.
Prior to joining Wonderful Real Estate, Erin was Associate Vice President at CIM Group where she was responsible for investor relations and capital-raising efforts, Senior Associate Investment Sales at Jones Lang LaSalle Hotels, and Associate Director of Hotel Acquisition and Development at Hardin Investment Partners. Erin has an M.B.A. from the UCLA Anderson School of Business with a concentration in Real Estate Finance and Strategy, and a B.A. in Economics from Spelman College.
