David has over 33 years of experience in the industrial building design and construction industry. He has master-planned nearly 150 million SF of industrial/business parks, in addition to managing a diverse range of projects, from small tenant improvement projects and building expansions to state-of-the-art distribution centers and manufacturing facilities. Over the last 24 years, David has led the Industrial Design practice at LJC, becoming a trusted advisor for some of the world’s largest corporations.
David builds collaborative relationships with clients to creatively solve current project challenges and provide forward-thinking solutions that offer flexibility for future operations and long-term value. His goal is to change the way the industry is built, through thoughtful design, value engineering, and sustainable practices. David works closely with developers, contractors, and engineers, embodying the principles of Clayco’s mantra, “Beyond These Walls,” and its tagline, “The Art and Science of Building.”
As the leader of the Industrial Market within the Industrial Architectural Practice Team, David seeks to extend these relationships beyond individual projects, positioning himself as a trusted partner for all future endeavors.
