Prior to his tenure at Royal LePage, Damon held significant roles at Brookfield, SNC-Lavalin, and Cushman & Wakefield, where he developed and managed a notable client list including Bell Canada, Metrolinx, Goodlife Fitness, Second Cup Coffee, and Candu Energy. In these roles, he led key projects and initiatives that significantly advanced client objectives and drove business success.
