Chris is the CEO of OLOS Impact, an AI-powered multifamily development company solving the attainable housing crisis in partnership with faith-based organizations. He is Los Angeles based and has nearly two decades of experience at the intersection of purpose and profitability. He is passionate about innovation and impact, and has built a reputation for leading high-growth teams and ventures.
Chris has a track record in capital formation, real estate finance, and fundraising for housing. Previously, he served as the Chief Investment Officer for a real estate development firm, where he facilitated the development of multifamily properties in partnership with churches. Before that, he was a Senior Director of Real Estate Finance at Walker & Dunlop, one of the nation’s largest commercial lenders and equity placement firms. Chris has been recognized by the Los Angeles Times as a Visionary in Finance (2024). He currently serves as Vice Chairman of the Board for both AdelFi Credit Union and Christian Community Credit Union, and previously chaired the Mortgage Bankers Association’s Future Leaders program. Chris holds a Master’s in Public Policy with a concentration in Leadership and Management from the University of Southern California and completed his Executive Education at Stanford’s Graduate School of Business
