Bryan Lawrence is Senior Vice President of John Burns Research and Consulting, where he leads the Dallas, TX office and is responsible for conducting and managing consulting projects as well as building relationships in the market to generate consulting and research opportunities. With over 15 years of experience in the real estate finance industry, he manages and oversees a variety of custom consulting assignments involving real estate market analysis and strategic planning.
Prior to joining John Burns Research and Consulting, Bryan worked at Hudson Advisors as a Vice President, Residential Real Estate, underwriting and acquiring distressed residential loan portfolios nationwide on behalf of Lone Star Funds, a global private equity firm. Prior to Hudson, Bryan worked at Nationstar Mortgage as a Business Analyst, managing projects, and providing operational reporting and analytical support. He holds a B.B.A. in Finance from Baylor University. He is based in our Dallas, Texas office.
