Mr. Rickert joined Argentic Services Company (“ASC”) in September 2020 as the Director of Asset Management. Mr. Rickert’s responsibilities include oversight of the asset management team and directing the platform’s servicing, loss mitigation, and underwriting activities.
Prior to joining ASC, Mr. Rickert was a Vice President, Asset Manager at Goldman Sachs with management responsibility over assorted debt and equity positions including a $1 billion construction loan portfolio, $1.4 billion LIHTC portfolio, and various performing and non-performing loan and REO positions.
Previously, Mr. Rickert was a Vice President, Senior Asset Manager for Berkadia, with responsibility for the resolution of highly structured, large balance CMBS loans. Prior to joining Berkadia, Mr. Rickert worked as Vice President, Senior Asset Manager for Hudson Advisors, the operating division for Lone Star Funds, in the underwriting, acquisition, and resolution of non-performing loans, and as a senior member of Fannie Mae’s loss mitigation team.
