Andy Ahitow

Andy is a 25-year real estate veteran and a co-founder of CityPads. Andy owns and operates 750 apartment units, has another 700 units under development in Chicago and LA, and has developed over 2,500 multifamily units throughout his career. He founded and owned Chicago Apartment Finders, an apartment marketing and leasing company that leased 60,000 units throughout its 13 years, which he sold to Coldwell Banker. Andy has developed alongside Marc Realty, Angelo Gordon, ASB Capital Management, and others and has raised over $100 Million of equity from high-net-worth and institutional investors throughout his career.
