Amanda practices in the area of commercial real estate finance, specializing in representing different types of lenders, including national and regional banks, insurance companies and private lenders, in connection with real estate financing transactions. Amanda has experience with a wide variety of real estate finance transactions, including acquisition and development loans, bridge loans, construction loans and mezzanine loans, and a broad range of product types, including commercial, multi-family, hotel and retail projects. She also has experience with loan assumptions and loan modifications. Throughout the course of a transaction, Amanda drafts and negotiates loan documents, analyzes diligence materials and coordinates transaction logistics and closings.
While at University of California, Los Angeles School of Law, Amanda held the position of Chief Managing Editor of the UCLA Law Review and was selected as a Lawyering Skills Writing Advisor. Additionally, she served as a Research Assistant for UCLA School of Law and for Duke University Department of Psychology and was an intern with the Los Angeles Superior Court.
