Adam Candler serves as the Director of Debt Capital Markets at BKM Capital Partners. In this role, he oversees the identification, structuring, placement, and management of both asset-level and fund-level debt for the firm’s operations.
Working closely with the Portfolio Management and Acquisitions Teams, Candler facilitates the acquisition and management of new loans while executing refinances, extensions, and modifications. Additionally, he contributes to shaping the firm’s overall debt strategy.
Adam brings more than ten years of commercial real estate structured finance experience to BKM. He has been involved in originating full capital stack financing via Banks, Life Companies, Conduits, Debt Funds and Agencies, with a focus on construction, reposition and value-add strategies. Adam received his MBA with a focus in Real Estate Finance from the University of Southern California and attended San Diego State University for undergrad. He previously served in the United States Navy as a Helicopter Search and Rescue Swimmer.
