Ginger Millermon

The many faces of Ginger Millermon! She's a songwriter, Inspirational Top 10 recording artist, author, speaker, worship leader and most importantly, wife and mother of three beautiful children!

Ginger was four years old when she accepted Jesus Christ to be her personal Savior. Immediately God began to work on her heart. By the time she was in high school, Ginger knew that she wanted to serve God with her life. Ginger met her husband, Joel, at Calvary Bible College in Kansas City, MO, where they both graduated. The Millermons served in youth ministry for several years before the Lord began to give them a new direction.

Several years ago, Ginger and Joel began an intense journey of faith. God blessed them with twin boys, Brennan and Jarrott, who were born prematurely. Jarrott spent more than a year in the hospital and his first few years of life on a ventilator. Nearly all of Jarrott’s doctors gave up on him, giving him no hope of survival. Trusting God suddenly became more than a cliché --it became the only way to survive. Through the valleys, Ginger’s walk with God deepened and her need to express His grace through songwriting grew into a ministry to soothe hurting souls.

Ginger, a nationally recognized songwriter and recording artist, has released 4 CDs and has had several chart topping radio singles. She has also just released her first book, "Grace Thus Far," which chronicles her family's traumatic journey.

Ginger has such passion for women’s ministry and it is her desire to be used by God to bring hope and encouragement. Through song and testimony, she shares her incredible journey. Ginger has been a guest musician or speaker for events at Elmbrook Church, Word of Life Conference Centers, Scottsdale Bible Church, Bayside Church, among many others. Her story has also been heard nationwide on "The Harvest Show" (LeSea TV) as well as radio programs such as "Focus on the Family," Moody Broadcasting Network, and “Today's Issues” on American Family Radio. Ginger has spoken and performed for thousands in churches, women’s conferences and pro-life events across the United States and her music can be heard on hundreds of radio stations nationwide.

Kris Goertzen

There's nothing Kris loves more than connecting with the hearts of women!

Kris was raised in a Christian home. At 15 the Holy Spirit showed her that she was a sinner who needed forgiveness. As she began her new life in Christ, she began to devour God’s Word and wonder how she could best be used by her new Savior. He put in her heart a longing to be a pastor’s wife! She didn't know where a girl went to find a cute pastor, so she gave her desire to the Lord. It wasn’t long before God graced her life with the man of her dreams, Rick Goertzen. They were married in 1984.

Kris has faithfully served alongside her husband in Birmingham, New Orleans and Los Angeles. Along the way Kris has taken classes at Southeastern Bible College and completed the Seminary Wives course at The Master’s Seminary. God granted her outstanding success in business, including dressing Hollywood’s elite. Kris had the marvelous privilege to be personally discipled by her dear friend and lifelong mentor, Elizabeth George.

God has put a passion in Kris to stir up the hearts of women to be intimately in love with their Heavenly Father. Her gift of exhortation delights women both in this country and in Russia. She loves bringing encouragement from God’s Word to her discipleship groups, her community Bible studies, women’s retreats and conferences, and to her pastor’s wives ministry. Her love for women is evident as she shares the truth of God’s Word clearly, passionately, and with the color only Kris can bring. Her constant desire is to equip women to live joyous, purposeful lives in the light and obedience of scripture.

Together, Rick and Kris have had the joy of over 20 years in fruitful ministry to God’s people all over the world. Their local ministry is based at Grace Bible Church in Hutchinson, Kansas, where Rick has been the Senior Pastor since 1990.

Rick & Kris have three beautiful children at home, Bethany, Sarah, and Joshua. Besides being an active parent, Kris enjoys anything creative, including painting, writing and scrapbooking.
